Institutional Reform & Operational Modernization

• Launched a state-of-the-art Command & Control Room under the Anti-Corruption Wing in July 2025. This system centralizes public complaints via the FIA helpline (1991) and enables real-time response coordination, reinforcing transparency and accountability 

2. Human Trafficking & Visa Fraud Crackdown

• Directed nationwide operations, including in Taftan and Gujranwala, resulting in arrests of traffickers, border violations, and agents involved in visa scams. These operations highlight his robust enforcement approach and inter-agency collaboration.

3. High-Profile Prosecutions & Sentences

• Oversaw prosecution leading to a landmark conviction in a Central Gujranwala trafficking case. The trafficker received a 20-year prison sentence and a fine of Rs 1.4 million, underlining the zero‑tolerance policy against organized smuggling.

4. Strategic Digital & Institutional Cooperation

• Held high-level meetings with the NADRA Chairman to move forward on digital reforms and data-sharing frameworks aimed at enhancing investigative efficiency 

5. Leadership Messaging & Zero-Tolerance Culture

• In April 2025, upon assuming office, DG Riffat emphasized that integrity, honesty, and strict enforcement would drive FIA operations moving forward. He affirmed swift action on corruption, negligence, and public service failures
